Recently, a one-day training dedicated to motivation and self-realization was held for high school students from 2 boarding schools in the Buston city and in the Khistevarz jamoat of B. Gafurov district. Participants received valuable tools for achieving personal and professional goals, and also gained confidence in their abilities.
The training was organized within the framework of the project “Inclusive and in-depth education for vulnerable children and youth”, which is funded by the Government of Switzerland. The program included lectures, practical exercises, group discussions and individual consultations.
Key points of the training:
- Setting goals: Participants learned to clearly formulate their goals and break them down into achievable steps.
- Developing confidence: The trainer shared effective techniques for overcoming fears and doubts, strengthening self-confidence.
