The International Charity Public Organization “Jovid” (hereinafter referred to as “ICPO “Jovid”) invites interested parties to submit proposals for an audit as part of the project “Inclusive and Advanced Education for Vulnerable Children and Youth,” funded by the Swiss Government.

Audit of the project “Inclusive and Advanced Learning for vulnerable Children and Youth” for the period 21.10.2024 to 20.10.2025
We invite you to conduct a financial audit of the project funds of the above-mentioned project financed by Government of Switzerland. In regards to the planned audit procedures and conditions, please refer to the attached Terms of Reference (TORs).
We kindly ask you to provide us with your offer, whilst taking position in particular to the following points:
- Presentation of audit firm, mentioning qualifications and experience of auditors conducting the audit and experience of auditing project funds.
- Proof of registration as certified public accountant/ chartered accountant
- Membership in the IFAC or membership of national association.
- Confirmation of TORs, audit methodology and standards
- Quotation incl. tax and all expenses to be incurred (incl. travel expenses)
- Proposed time schedule
The audit will take place once, from October 23, 2025 to November 5, 2025. The reporting language is English and Tajik.
