Training Materials Prepared and Printed for Capacity-Building Activities

As part of the project implementation, the preparation and printing of a complete set of training and methodological materials required for conducting capacity-building activities in the target districts has been completed. This work represented an important stage in preparing for the training of project participants and was carried out following the final approval of the five training modules by the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP).

Project specialists paid particular attention to ensuring the quality, clarity, and accessibility of the training materials. All manuals and supporting materials were produced in a full-colour format, significantly improving the presentation of information and making diagrams, tables, illustrations, and practical recommendations more visual and user-friendly during training sessions.

To assess the effectiveness of the training programme, materials for pre-training and post-training assessments were developed and printed. A total of 530 sets of assessment materials were produced, with a combined volume of 4,400 pages.

In parallel, project specialists prepared 530 sets of participant handouts with a total volume of 13,780 pages. These materials include information sheets, practical exercises, workbooks, reference materials, and other documents required for active participation during training sessions and for the further independent application of acquired knowledge. The use of colour printing has made the materials more understandable, practical, and convenient for participants, thereby increasing the overall effectiveness and practical value of the training programme.

Particular attention during the preparation process was given to transparency, accountability, and communication with project participants. Information about the Complaint and Feedback Mechanism (CFM) has been incorporated into all training materials, assessment documents, and participant handouts. In addition, each participant will receive an information card and guidance note containing contact details, procedures for submitting feedback or complaints, confidentiality principles, and information on personal data protection.

The preparation of the complete set of training and methodological materials demonstrates the project’s high level of readiness for the implementation of upcoming capacity-building activities. The modern, well-designed learning materials will serve as an important tool for transferring practical knowledge, strengthening the professional capacities of young people, and promoting innovative approaches to agriculture in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region.
