School classes and houses preparation for the winter time

The next activity under the project was preventive measures to save heating in the houses of aged vulnerable population in Zafarabad district. Given activity aimed to support the target vulnerable groups to get prepared for winter and to protect their houses from severe frost and strong winds.The project staff together with initiative groups’ representatives selected target groups. As a result of conducted survey in households 13 households in 5 target jamoats were selected.

Besides to heat classes of junior schoolchildren at 7 schools the project purchased polyethylene to cover the windows in winter. Beneficiaries highly appreciated the support and hoped that given activity will be carried out in future also in other households in Zafarabd district.
