It includes TOT on different directions, experience exchange among centers in Tajikistan and out of it.
One of the activities is experience exchange between ICC and RCC. In the framework of the project newly established Resource Consulting Centers (RCC) staff studied the experience of Information Consulting Centers (ICC) in Ganchi and Shahristan region, Initiative groups’ activity, Demo plots and demonstration holdings activity too.
Based on these meetings different consulting was
elaborated including:
• Business accounting in dehkan holdings
• Cultivation of crops
• Feeding and keeping agricultural animals
• Mechanization of agricultural production
Reference material and visual aids for farmers were elaborated, which are used by consultants now.
